أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ثَنَا أَبِي، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ:
رَأَى عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ رَجُلًا قَدْ عَقَلَ رَاحِلَتَهُ، قَالَ: مَا يَحْبِسُكَ ؟ قَالَ: الْجُمُعَةُ، قَالَ: إِنَّ الْجُمُعَةَ لَا تَحْبِسُ مُسَافِرًا فَاذْهَبْ
