وَرَوَى يَحْيَى بْنُ نَصْرِ بْنِ حَاجِبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ تَمِيمً الدَّارِيَّ سَأَلَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ عَنْ رُكُوبِ الْبَحْرِ وَكَانَ عَظِيمَ التِّجَارَةِ فِي الْبَحْرِ فَأَمَرَهُ بِتَقْصِيرِ الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ: يَقُولُ اللهُ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: هُوَ الَّذِي يُسَيِّرُكُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ
