أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الطَّنَافِسِيُّ، ثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُدْرِكٍ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ نَزَعَ خُفَّيْهِ فَنَظَرُوا إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ: أَمَا إِنِّي قَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَمْسَحُ عَلَيْهِمَا، وَلَكِنِّي حُبِّبَ إِلَيَّ الْوُضُوءُ
