( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ مَنِيعٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، ثَنَا أَبُو التَّيَّاحِ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُحْرِزٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، عَنْ صَلَاةِ السَّفَرِ قَالَ: رَكْعَتَانِ، مَنْ خَالَفَ السُّنَّةَ كَفَرَ

رواه قتادة واختلف عنه فرواه هشام الدستوائي وأبو عوانة وعبد الحميد بن الحسين عن قتادة عن صفوان بن محرز عن ابن عمر وقال شعبة عن قتادة قال سأل صفوان ابن عمر كأنه جعله مما لم يسمعه قتادة من صفوان ورواه طلحة بن عبد الرحمن الواسطي عن قتادة عن مورق العجلي ولم يذكر صفوان ورواه أبو التياح واختلف عنه فرواه عبد الوارث عن أبي التياح عن مورق العجلي عن صفوان بن محرز عن ابن عمر وخالفه شعبة فرواه عن أبي التياح قال سمعت مورقا يحدث عن ابن عمر قال سأله صفوان بن محرز عن الصلاة في السفر والصواب قول شعبة عن أبي التياح وقول هشام ومن تابعه عن قتادة
machine translationQatādah narrated it, and there is disagreement about it from him. Hishām al-Dastuwāʾī, Abū ʿAwānah and ʿAbd al-Ḥamīd b. al-Ḥusayn narrated it from Qatādah, from Ṣafwān b. Muḥriz, from Ibn ʿUmar. Shuʿbah said, from Qatādah: he said, "Ṣafwān asked Ibn ʿUmar," as though he made it something that Qatādah did not hear from Ṣafwān. Ṭalḥah b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Wāsiṭī narrated it from Qatādah, from Muwarriq al-ʿIjlī, and did not mention Ṣafwān. Abū al-Tayyāḥ narrated it, and there is disagreement about it from him. ʿAbd al-Wārith narrated it from Abū al-Tayyāḥ, from Muwarriq al-ʿIjlī, from Ṣafwān b. Muḥriz, from Ibn ʿUmar. Shuʿbah contradicted him and narrated it from Abū al-Tayyāḥ, who said: I heard Muwarriq narrating from Ibn ʿUmar, who said: Ṣafwān b. Muḥriz asked him about prayer while travelling. The correct version is the statement of Shuʿbah from Abū al-Tayyāḥ, and the statement of Hishām and those who followed him from Qatādah.
