( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا الْأَصْبَغُ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أُمَيَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ

أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ قُلْتُ: أَرَأَيْتَ قَصْرَ الصَّلَاةِ فِي السَّفَرِ إِنَّا لَا نَجِدُهَا فِي الْكِتَابِ. إِنَّمَا نَجِدُ ذِكْرَ صَلَاةِ الْخَوْفِ، قَالَ أُمَيَّةُ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ: يَا ابْنَ أَخِي إِنَّ اللهَ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - أَرْسَلَ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ شَيْئًا فَإِنَّمَا نَفْعَلُ مَا رَأَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَفْعَلُ. وَقَصْرُ الصَّلَاةِ فِي السَّفَرِ سُنَّةٌ سَنَّهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ
