( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنِي شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيُّ ثُمَّ الْجُنْدَعِيُّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ، فَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُوتِرَ بِخَمْسٍ فَلْيَفْعَلْ، وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُوتِرَ بِثَلَاثٍ فَلْيَفْعَلْ، وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُوتِرَ بِوَاحِدَةٍ فَلْيَفْعَلْ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ إِلَّا أَنْ يُومِئَ بِرَأْسِهِ فَلْيَفْعَلْ
