أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَبِي جَمْرَةَ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: إِنِّي سَرِيعُ الْقِرَاءَةِ، إِنِّي أَهُذُّ الْقُرْآنَ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: لَأَنْ أَقْرَأَ سُورَةَ الْبَقَرَةِ فَأُرَتِّلَهَا أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَقْرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ كُلَّهُ هَذْرَمَةً
