( أَنْبَأَ ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حُجَيْرٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ طَاوُسٌ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: اتْرُكْهُمَا. قَالَ: إِنَّمَا نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْهُمَا أَنْ تُتَّخَذَ سُلَّمًا. قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: إِنَّهُ قَدْ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ صَلَاةٍ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ، فَلَا نَدْرِي أَتُعَذَّبُ عَلَيْهِمَا أَمْ تُؤْجَرُ لِأَنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى قَالَ: وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ.
