( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ دَاوُدُ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ:
اخْتَلَفَ أُبَيُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ، وَابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ، فَقَالَ أُبَيٌّ: ثَوْبٍ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ: ثَوْبَيْنِ. فَجَازَ عَلَيْهِمْ عُمَرُ فَلَامَهُمَا، وَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ لَيَسُوءُنِي أَنْ يَخْتَلِفَ اثْنَانِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ فِي شَيْءٍ وَاحِدٍ، فَعَنْ أَيْ فُتْيَاكُمَا يَصْدُرُ النَّاسُ ؟ أَمَّا ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ فَلَمْ يَأْلُ، وَالْقَوْلُ مَا قَالَ أُبَيٌّ
