ʿĀʾishah ؓ taught me, saying: This is the tashahhud of the Prophet ﷺ: "All greetings are for Allah, and prayers and good things. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger."

machine translationThere is disagreement about whether it was raised (marfūʿ) from al-Qāsim. Ṣāliḥ b. Muḥammad b. Ṣāliḥ b. Dīnār narrated it from his father, from al-Qāsim b. Muḥammad, from ʿĀʾishah, from the Prophet ﷺ. But Yaḥyā b. Saʿīd al-Anṣārī and ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. al-Qāsim contradicted him, and they narrated it from al-Qāsim, from ʿĀʾishah, as mawqūf (a statement of the Companion), and that is the correct one.

machine translationIt was narrated from Muḥammad b. Ṣāliḥ b. Dīnār, from al-Qāsim b. Muḥammad, as raised to the Prophet (marfūʿ), with the wording: "This is the tashahhud of the Prophet ﷺ: al-taḥiyyātu lillāh..." to its end. At its end: Muḥammad b. Ṣāliḥ said, "I said: 'In the name of Allah?'" So al-Qāsim said, "In the name of Allah at every hour." The sound (ṣaḥīḥ) report is the mawqūf one.
