أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْإِسْفَرَائِينِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ هُوَ ابْنُ هَارُونَ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ:
وَلَدُ الْمُعْتَقَةِ عَنْ دُبُرٍ وَأُمُّ الْوَلَدِ بِمَنْزِلَةِ أُمِّهِمَا إِذَا عَتَقَتْ فَهُمْ مُعْتَقُونَ إِذَا مَاتَ السَّيِّدُ
