أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ قُسَيْطٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا وَلَدَتِ الْأَمَةُ مِنْ سَيِّدِهَا فَنَكَحَتْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَوَلَدَتْ أَوْلَادًا كَانَ وَلَدُهَا بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا عَبِيدًا مَا عَاشَ سَيِّدُهَا فَإِنْ مَاتَ فَهُمْ أَحْرَارٌ
