وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ بْنُ أَبَانَ قَالَ:

سُئِلَ عِكْرِمَةُ عَنْ أُمَّهَاتِ الْأَوْلَادِ قَالَ: هُنَّ أَحْرَارٌ قَالُوا لَهُ بِأَيِّ شَيْءٍ تَقُولُهُ ؟ قَالَ: بِالْقُرْآنِ. قَالُوا بِمَاذَا مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ ؟ قَالَ قَوْلُ اللهِ تَعَالَى أَطِيعُوا اللهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ وَكَانَ عُمَرُ ؓ مِنْ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ قَالَ عَتَقَتْ وَإِنْ كَانَ سِقْطًا
