أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَمُوتُ وَلَهُ عَبْدٌ مُكَاتَبٌ وَلِلْمُتَوَفَّى بَنُونَ وَبَنَاتٌ قَالَ: يَرِثُونَ مِمَّا عَلَى ظَهْرِهِ النِّسَاءُ وَالرِّجَالُ وَلَا تَرِثُ النِّسَاءُ مِنَ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا كَاتَبْنَ أَوْ أَعْتَقْنَ
