( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَهُ مُكَاتَبٌ وَلِمُكَاتَبِهِ وَلَدٌ مِنْ وَلِيدَةٍ لَهُ وَكَانَ قَدْ أَدَّى مِنْ كِتَابَتِهِ خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ أَلْفًا فَمَاتَ فَقَبَضَ مَالَهُ كُلَّهُ وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِوَلَدِهِ شَيْئًا وَاسْتَرَقَّ وَلَدُهُ وَقُبِضَ مَالُهُ
