( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَاتَ الْمُكَاتَبُ وَقَدْ أَدَّى طَائِفَةً مِنْ كِتَابَتِهِ وَتَرَكَ مَالًا هُوَ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ قَالَ مَالُهُ وَمَا تَرَكَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ لِسَيِّدِهِ لَيْسَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ مِنْ مَالِهِ شَيْءٌ
