( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، وَعَبْدِ اللهِ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ؓ:

أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَجْعَلُونَ الْوَلَاءَ لِلْكُبْرِ مِنَ الْعَصَبَةِ وَلَا يُوَرِّثُونَ النِّسَاءَ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقْنَ أَوْ أَعْتَقَ مَنْ أَعْتَقْنَ
