( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
كَانَ عُمَرُ وَعَلِيٌّ وَزَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ لَا يُوَرِّثُونَ النِّسَاءَ مِنَ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقْنَ
