( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنْبَأَ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَنْبَأَ مِسْعَرٌ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ رِيَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَعْقِلٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ:
الْوَلَاءُ شُعْبَةٌ مِنَ الرِّقِّ فَمَنْ أَحْرَزَ وَلَاءً أَحْرَزَ مِيرَاثًا
