( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنْبَأَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ:
أَنَّ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ كَانَ لَهَا مَوْلًى أَعْتَقَتْهُ فَمَاتَ الْمَوْلَى وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَمَوْلَاتَهُ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَعْطَى ابْنَتَهُ النِّصْفَ وَأَعْطَى مَوْلَاتَهُ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ النِّصْفَ
