وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَحْمُودٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:
مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ أَوْ ذَا مَحْرَمٍ
