وَعَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ

فِي عَبْدٍ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ كَاتَبَ وَاحِدٌ وَأَعْتَقَ وَاحِدٌ ثُمَّ مَاتَ الْمُكَاتِبُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُؤَدِّيَ قَالَ: مَالُهُ نِصْفَيْنِ لِلْمُعْتِقِ نِصْفٌ وَلِلْمُكَاتِبِ نِصْفٌ جَعَلَهُ بَيْنَهُمَا
