أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا حِبَّانُ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ
فِي رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَنِصْفُهُ حُرٌّ قَالَ: هُوَ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ نِصْفٌ لِلَّذِي أَعْتَقَ وَنِصْفٌ لِلَّذِي لَمْ يَعْتِقْ.
