( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ أَظُنُّهُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا الصَّغَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ عَنِ ابْنِ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ:
أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَتَى كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِشُهُودٍ وَكَانُوا سَوَاءً فَأَسْهَمَ بَيْنَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ
