( أَمَّا حَدِيثُ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ فَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ يَقُولُ:

اخْتَصَمَ رَجُلَانِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي أَمْرٍ فَجَاءَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِشُهَدَاءَ عُدُولٍ عَلَى عِدَّةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ فَأَسْهَمَ بَيْنَهُمَا ﷺ، وَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ تَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمْ. فَقَضَى لِلَّذِي خَرَجَ لَهُ السَّهْمُ
