أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَاعِدٍ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الطَّائِيُّ ابْنُ بِنْتِ أَبِي الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جَدِّي أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا مِجْلَزٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى:

أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي بَعِيرٍ ادَّعَيَاهُ كِلَاهُمَا يَزْعُمُ أَنَّهُ لَهُ وَجَاءَ مَعَ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا شَاهِدَانِ أَنَّ الْبَعِيرَ لَهُ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ
