وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ هُوَ ابْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ:

رُفِعَ إِلَيَّ امْرَأَةٌ تَزْعُمُ أَنَّ صَاحِبَتَهَا وَجَأَتْهَا بِإِشْفَى حَتَّى ظَهَرَ مِنْ كَفِّهَا فَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: لَوْ يُعْطَى النَّاسُ بِدَعْوَاهُمْ لَادَّعَى رِجَالٌ دِمَاءَ رِجَالٍ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ وَلَكِنَّ الْبَيِّنَةَ عَلَى الطَّالِبِ وَالْيَمِينَ عَلَى الْمَطْلُوبِ
