أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ السَّمَّاكِ، ثَنَا حَنْبَلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْمُجَالِدِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:

كُنَّا نَتَنَاشَدُ الْأَشْعَارَ عِنْدَ الْكَعْبَةِ فَأَقْبَلَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ إِلَيْنَا فَقَالَ أَفِي حَرَمِ اللهِ وَعِنْدَ كَعْبَةِ اللهِ تَتَنَاشَدُونَ الشِّعْرَ ؟ فَأَقْبَلَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ كَانَ مَعَنَا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يَا ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِكَ بَأْسٌ إِنْ لَمْ تَفْسَدْ نَفْسُكَ إِنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّمَا نَهَى عَنِ الشِّعْرِ إِذَا أُبِّنَتْ فِيهِ النِّسَاءُ وَبُذِّرَ فِيهِ الْأَمْوَالُ
