وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ قَالَ:

قُلْتُ لِجَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ: أَكُنْتَ تُجَالِسُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ وَكَانَ طَوِيلَ الصَّمْتِ، قَلِيلَ الضَّحِكِ وَكَانَ أَصْحَابُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَتَنَاشَدُونَ الشِّعْرَ، وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَتَبَسَّمُ
