أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ السَّمَّاكِ، ثَنَا حَنْبَلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، حَدَّثَنِي سِمَاكٌ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لَهُ: رَأَيْتَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ وَكَانَ طَوِيلَ الصَّمْتِ وَكَانَ أَصْحَابُهُ يَتَنَاشَدُونَ الشِّعْرَ عِنْدَهُ، وَيَذْكُرُونَ أَشْيَاءَ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، وَيَضْحَكُونَ، فَيَتَبَسَّمُ مَعَهُمْ إِذَا ضَحِكُوا
