We came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, myself, Jaʿfar and Zayd. He said to Zayd: "You are our brother and our freedman (mawlā)." So he hopped. And he said to Jaʿfar: "You resemble me in my physical form and in my character." So he hopped behind the hopping of Zayd. Then he said to me: "You are from me and I am from you." So I hopped behind the hopping of Jaʿfar.
