( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ هِشَامِ بْنِ بَهْرَامَ الْمَدَائِنِيُّ، ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ لَاحِقٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ:
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى الْحَسَنِ فَقَالَ لَهُ: يَا أَبَا سَعِيدٍ إِنَّ لِي جَارِيَةً حَسَنَةَ الصَّوْتِ لَوْ عَلَّمْتُهَا الْغِنَاءَ لَعَلِّي آخُذُ بِهَا مِنْ مَالِ هَؤُلَاءِ قَالَ الْحَسَنُ: إِنَّ إِسْمَاعِيلَ كَانَ يَأْمُرُ أَهْلَهُ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَالزَّكَاةِ، وَكَانَ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِ مَرْضِيًّا، فَأَعَادَ عَلَيْهِ الرَّجُلُ الْقَوْلَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ كُلُّ ذَلِكَ يَقُولُ لَهُ الْحَسَنُ: إِنَّ إِسْمَاعِيلَ كَانَ يَأْمُرُ أَهْلَهُ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَالزَّكَاةِ
