( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ:
أَنَّ دَاوُدَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أُمِرَ بِالْقَضَاءِ فَقُطِعَ بِهِ، فَأَوْحَى اللهُ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - أَنِ اسْتَحْلِفْهُمْ بِاسْمِي، وَسَلْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتِ قَالَ: فَذَلِكَ فَصْلُ الْخِطَابِ
