( قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا ) هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ النِّسَاءِ عَلَى الْحُدُودِ، وَالطَّلَاقِ قَالَ: وَالطَّلَاقُ مِنْ أَشَدِّ الْحُدُودِ
