( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَدِيبُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْجُشَمِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ الْجَعْدِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ:

بَيْنَمَا أَنَا مُضْطَجِعٌ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، إِذَا رَجُلٌ يَحْصِبُنِي، فَرَفَعْتُ رَأْسِي، فَإِذَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقَالَ: اذْهَبْ إِلَى هَذَيْنِ الرَّجُلَيْنِ، فَائْتِنِي بِهِمَا. فَذَهَبْتُ، فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِهِمَا. فَقَالَ لَهُمَا عُمَرُ: مِمَّنْ أَنْتُمَا، أَوْ مِنْ أَيْنَ أَنْتُمَا ؟ قَالَا: مِنْ أَهْلِ الطَّائِفِ. قَالَ: لَوْ كُنْتُمَا مِنْ أَهْلِ هَذَا الْبَلَدِ، لَأَوْجَعْتُكُمَا ضَرْبًا، تَرْفَعَانِ أَصْوَاتَكُمَا فِي مَسْجِدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ
