( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ حِجَّةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ الْيَشْكُرِيُّ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ سَرْجٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حِطَّانَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
" يُؤْتَى بِالْقَاضِي الْعَادِلِ
