( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بِوَلِيدَةٍ سَوْدَاءَ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي عَلَيَّ رَقَبَةٌ مُؤْمِنَةٌ، فَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَرَى هَذِهِ مُؤْمِنَةً، أَعْتِقْهَا ؟ فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: أَتَشْهَدِينَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ ؟ ". قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: " أَتَشْهَدِينَ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ؟ ". قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: " أَفَتُؤْمِنِينَ بِالْبَعْثِ بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ ؟ ". قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: " أَعْتِقْهَا
