( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ. إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ: لَا أَعْلَمُ إِلَّا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ الشَّكُّ مِنْ أَيُّوبَ، وَقَالَ فِي آخِرِهِ:
" رَجَعَ غَيْرَ حَنِثٍ

أخبرنا أبو بكر بن الحارث الفقيه ثنا أبو محمد بن حيان ثنا عبدان ثنا أبو بكر بن خلاد قال قال حماد بن زيد كان أيوب يرفع هذا الحديث ثم تركه قال الشيخ لعله إنما تركه لشك اعتراه في رفعه وهو أيوب بن أبي تميمة السختياني وقد روي ذلك أيضا عن موسى بن عقبة وعبد الله بن عمر وحسان بن عطية وكثير بن فرقد عن نافع عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ولا يكاد يصح رفعه إلا من جهة أيوب السختياني وأيوب يشك فيه أيضا ورواية الجماعة من أوجه صحيحة عن نافع عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما من قوله غير مرفوع والله أعلم
