( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ هَارُونَ بْنِ رُسْتُمَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الدَّقِيقِيُّ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - ؓ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ بِيَمِينٍ، وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ سَيُبِرُّهُ، فَلَمْ يَفْعَلْ، فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِي لَمْ يُبِرَّهُ
