( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثَنَا الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي الطَّيِّبِ، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزَّاهِرِيَّةِ وَرَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ:

أَهْدَتْ لَهَا امْرَأَةٌ طَبَقًا فِيهِ تَمْرٌ، فَأَكَلَتْ مِنْهُ عَائِشَةُ ؓ وَأَبْقَتْ مِنْهُ تَمَرَاتٍ. فَقَالَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ: أَقْسَمْتُ عَلَيْكِ إِلَّا أَكَلْتِيهِ كُلَّهُ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: أَبِرِّيهَا، فَإِنَّ الْإِثْمَ عَلَى الْمُحَنِّثِ
