( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ؓ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
مَنْ كَانَ حَالِفًا، فَلَا يَحْلِفْ إِلَّا بِاللهِ. وَكَانَتْ قُرَيْشٌ تَحْلِفُ بِآبَائِهَا، فَقَالَ: " لَا تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ
