( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ هُوَ الْقَطِيعِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ:
كُنْتُ عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ - ؓ، فَقُمْتُ وَتَرَكْتُ رَجُلًا عِنْدَهُ مِنْ كِنْدَةَ، فَأَتَيْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ. قَالَ: فَجَاءَ الْكِنْدِيُّ فَزِعًا، فَقَالَ: جَاءَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: أَحْلِفُ بِالْكَعْبَةِ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، وَلَكِنِ احْلِفْ بِرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ، فَإِنَّ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَحْلِفُ بِأَبِيهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: لَا تَحْلِفْ بِأَبِيكَ، فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ حَلَفَ بِغَيْرِ اللهِ، فَقَدْ أَشْرَكَ
