( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ جَنَاحُ بْنُ نَذِيرِ بْنِ جَنَاحٍ الْقَاضِي بِالْكُوفَةِ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ دُحَيْمٍ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمِ بْنِ أَبِي غَرَزَةَ الْغِفَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثَنَا مَسْعُودُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ:

سَمِعَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ؓ رَجُلًا يَحْلِفُ بِالْكَعْبَةِ، فَقَالَ: لَا تَحْلِفْ بِالْكَعْبَةِ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ حَلَفَ بِغَيْرِ اللهِ، فَقَدْ كَفَرَ أَوْ أَشْرَكَ
