( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقَيْلٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمَدِينِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي الصَّعْبَةِ، عَنْ أَبِي أَفْلَحَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زُرَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ قَالَ:

لَمَّا أَهْدَى صَاحِبُ أَيْلَةَ أَوْ فَرْوَةَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بَغْلَتَهُ الْبَيْضَاءَ، قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، لَوْ أَنْزَيْنَا الْحُمُرَ عَلَى الْخَيْلِ الْعِرَابِ، لَجَاءَنَا مِثْلُ هَذِهِ. فَقَالَ: " إِنَّمَا يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
