أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَزَّازُ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو يُوسُفَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا مُجَالِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ؓ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ
سُئِلَ عَنِ الْجَزُورِ وَالْبَقَرَةِ يُوجَدُ فِي بَطْنِهَا الْجَنِينُ، قَالَ: إِذَا سَمَّيْتُمْ عَلَى الذَّبِيحَةِ فَذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ
