أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ شَيْبَانَ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَوْ عَمِّهِ، قَالَ:
شَهِدْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بِعَرَفَةَ وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الْعَقِيقَةِ، فَقَالَ: لَا أُحِبُّ الْعُقُوقَ، وَمَنْ وُلِدَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَأَحَبَّ أَنْ يَنْسُكَ عَنْهُ فَلْيَنْسُكْ ". وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الْعَتِيرَةِ فَقَالَ: " حَقٌّ ". وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الْفَرَعِ فَقَالَ: " حَقٌّ، وَلَيْسَ هُوَ أَنْ تَذْبَحَهُ عَرَّاةً مِنْ عَرَّاةٍ، وَلَكِنْ تُمَكِّنُهُ مِنْ مَالِكَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ ابْنَ لَبُونٍ أَوِ ابْنَ مَخَاضٍ زُخْرُبًّا يَعْنِي ذَبَحْتَهُ، وَذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَنْ تَكْفَأَ إِنَاءَكَ وَتُوَلِّهَ نَاقَتَكَ وَتَذْبَحَهُ يَخْتَلِطُ لَحْمُهُ بِشَعَرِهِ
