أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَدِيَّ بْنَ حَاتِمٍ ؓ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمِعْرَاضِ فَقَالَ: إِذَا أَصَابَ بِحَدِّهِ فَكُلْ، وَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَقَتَلَ، فَإِنَّهُ وَقِيذٌ فَلْا تَأْكُلْ. قَالَ: قُلْتُ: إِنِّي أُرْسِلُ كَلْبِي ؟ قَالَ: " إِذَا أَرْسَلْتَ كَلْبَكَ وَذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللهِ فَكُلْ ". قَالَ: قُلْتُ: فَإِنْ أَكَلَ ؟ قَالَ: " فَلَا تَأْكُلْ فَإِنَّمَا حَبَسَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ، وَلَمْ يَحْبِسْ عَلَيْكَ ". قَالَ: قُلْتُ: أُرْسِلُ كَلْبِي وَأَجِدُ مَعَهُ كَلْبًا آخَرَ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا تَأْكُلْ فَإِنَّمَا سَمَّيْتَ عَلَى كَلْبِكَ وَلَمْ تُسَمِّ عَلَى الْآخَرِ
