أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ حُدَيْرٍ قَالَ:
بَعَثَنِي عُمَرُ ؓ إِلَى نَصَارَى بَنِي تَغْلِبَ وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْهُمْ نِصْفَ عُشْرِ أَمْوَالِهِمْ، وَنَهَانِي أَنْ أُعَشِّرَ مُسْلِمًا، أَوْ ذَا ذِمَّةٍ يُؤَدِّي الْخَرَاجَ
