( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى، ثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ مُغَلِّسٍ، عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ حُدَيْرٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى عُمَرَ فِي أُنَاسٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْحَرْبِ يَدْخُلُونَ أَرْضَنَا أَرْضَ الْإِسْلَامِ فَيُقِيمُونَ، قَالَ: فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ عُمَرُ - ؓ: إِنْ أَقَامُوا سِتَّةَ أَشْهُرٍ فَخُذْ مِنْهُمُ الْعُشْرَ، وَإِنْ أَقَامُوا سَنَةً فَخُذْ مِنْهُمْ نِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ
