قَالَ: وَأَنْبَأَ ) الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

كُنْتُ عَامِلًا مَعَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَلَى سُوقِ الْمَدِينَةِ فِي زَمَانِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَكَانَ يَأْخُذُ مِنَ النَّبَطِ الْعُشْرَ
